Some of the personal data stored on our server is that which the data subjects provide voluntarily when they fill in online forms or when they apply for a job.

In order to improve navigation within its site, Aubert & Duval collects certain data during the visit by storing and reading tracers called cookies, which data subjects can configure using the cookie settings available on the site.

1-Collecting and using personal data

We may collect the personal data that you voluntarily provide to us when:

The Site data is hosted in France. Personal data is not transferred outside the European Union.
We may disclose personal data where required or permitted by law.

We take the appropriate physical, technical and administrative security measures to protect against unauthorised access and against any use or disclosure of the personal data you voluntarily provide to us.


In the event that an unauthorised third party gains access to your data, we will inform you and also notify the Commission Nationale Informatique et Libertés or any other relevant national authority if the data is not stored in France.

The aim is to optimise the person’s browsing experience in terms of comfort, efficiency and relevance.
