Among our recent innovations

  • MLX®17: this structurally hardened stainless steel is perfectly suited to the fixing systems, thanks to its remarkable mechanical properties: good mechanical resistance, excellent resistance to corrosion and fatigue.
  • MLX®19: this structurally hardened stainless steel is a good choice for the transmission shafts, camshafts, and torsion bars that require good corrosion resistance.
  • GKP®: this nitriding grade, created using VIM/VAR, offers good quenchability as well as high properties in terms of resilience and fatigue limit. Associated with a deep gas nitriding process, it is recognized as having the best resistance to fatigue for mechanical parts such as crankshafts.
  • ML340: jointly developed and patented with Safran Aircraft Engines, this duplex hardened steel is recommended for shafts subject to major torque and high fatigue stresses, thanks to a very high tensile resistance (Rm, Rp 0.2), good toughness and its suitability for nitriding.
  • AD730: this grade is recommended for its mechanical and fatigue resistance at high temperatures and for its creep properties, especially for hot parts.
