This priority is one of the three pillars of the Aubert & Duval Corporate Social Responsibility approach, along with its commitment to the planet and to the local communities where it is established.
It is reflected in concrete actions implemented across all the company’s sites.

At the highest level of governance
A specialised HSSE department is dedicated to the safety conditions of our employees and partners. The president and members of the executive committee supervise the safety measures. Each month they analyse safety-related performance indicators and complete their approach by field visits to our various industrial sites.
A network of safety managers on each site ensures additional surveillance. Through weekly meetings, they share and promote feedback, events analyses, and best practices.
An autonomous employee health and safety department present at our sites
The measures are essential preventative with regard to occupational risks:
- psychosocial risks, in collaboration with the Directors, Human Resource Department, and Managers,
- chemical risks, with biomonitoring equipment being installed across all the industrial sites to contribute to the evaluation of employee exposure,
- the improvement of work conditions through ergonomics, both in production environments and offices,
- support to collective initiatives such as Pink October and the Tobacco-Free Month campaign.
