Welcome to Aubert & Duval’s FAQ page! Here, we answer all your questions about our recruitment processes, application management, types of contracts offered, as well as our commitments to human resources and corporate social responsibility. This section has been designed to support you in your journey and provide you with a clear and accessible experience.

- Fixed term / permanent contracts: With over 4,100 employees, Aubert & Duval is constantly seeking new talent to continue developing across all our areas of expertise.
- Internships & apprenticeships: Each year, several hundred interns and apprentices join us to forge their future with Aubert & Duval.
- PhD programmes: Due to the nature of its activities, Aubert & Duval welcomes PhD students and offers immediately applicable research subjects.

- Pre-selection: Your application is reviewed by the recruitment manager responsible for that position. A response will be sent by email. If your application is not successful, it will be kept in a talent pool, and you could be contacted later for another position.
- Interviews: You will be interviewed by a recruitment manager and one or more operational managers, including your potential future manager. Following your interviews, you’ll receive a response as quickly as possible.
- Onboarding: If your application is selected for the position, our teams will formalise the terms of your contract and prepare for your arrival.

All job applications must be submitted through the site to be taken into account by the recruiter in charge of the offer. You are welcome to apply for the jobs offered on the site, even if you have already:
- shared your CV at an Aubert & Duval event or recruitment forum,
- sent an application by email.
You may also apply for a job on offer through LinkedIn or any of the other recruitment job boards.

If there are no offers that match your profile, you may create an alert on your Personal space. You will then receive email notifications of job offers that match your profile.

Log on to your applicant space to follow up on the status of your application to the job you applied for.

Simply click on Forgot password and enter the email address you used when creating your account. An email will be sent to that address so that you may reset your password.

To delete your account, consult My account > Manage my account > Delete my account.

Creating an account on the application platform activates the application of the personal data management system based on the execution of pre-contractual measures.
- The personal data that you provide to Aubert & Duval will be kept for two years following your last contact, unless you delete your account.
- You have the right to access your personal data stored by Aubert & Duval at any time. To do so, log in to your applicant space, go to the “Download my data” section, and click on the “Request my archive” button. The system will prepare your archive and send you a secure link to retrieve your personal data. The data is linked to your account. If you have created several accounts with different email addresses, you will need to make a request for each account.
